While I was overseas, Maria was phenomenal in taking care of everything to ensure that my house was not only staged for a great sale but went above and beyond what I expected to make my house competitive in a difficult real-estate market. She was proactive for the open houses, taking the extra steps to ensure success. The smell of her fresh baked cookies throughout the house gave a sensation that my house would be a great place to raise to raise a family. Maria exceeded what was expected; when my home inspection identified issues with mice and plumbing, she took the time to make sure that contractors could get into the house and resolve the issues.
